Haven't tried our express delivery yet? We offer same-day delivery within the Melbourne range on weekdays. Generally, for orders placed before 4 p.m., we dispatch and deliver them the same night! 2. Post (Australia)
We primarily use Aramex for deliveries in most areas. For parcel lockers or out-of-range addresses, we may use Australia Post.
Sleep Mode offers Australia-wide postage, with every package insured for your peace of mind regarding lost or damaged items.
Orders placed before 12 p.m. are usually dispatched on the same day.
- SA, NSW, QLD: Usually 1-3 working days, free shipping over $149.
- Other areas: Generally 3-5 working days, free shipping over $149.
Note: Delivery staff usually do not initiate calls to customers. Please be sure to check the logistics information in advance and ensure someone is available at the delivery location when your package arrives. Delivery hours are limited to working days.

Refund for Quality Issues
How do I return my item?
We understand that returning an item can be disappointing, so we've simplified the process into 4 easy steps. Please contact us for a return within 14 days of receiving the products.

Book a return - Contact us at sleepmodeau@gmail.com with a written description of the issue, including photos and your order number. One of our friendly team members will get back to you within 2 business days.

Pack your item - Prepare the item in its original packaging or use similar packaging to ensure no damage occurs during the return.

Send your item - We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to attach to the return package, and the courier will come to pick it up. If you live in an apartment, you can drop off the parcel at Australia Post. Having trouble with printing the label? Show it to the Australia Post staff, and they may help you.

Receive Refund or Replacement - Once we have received and inspected the items, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method or send a replacement product, according to your preference.
If a return is made due to a change of mind, the refund will be processed after deducting the shipping costs for both sending and returning the item.
Please contact us and return the item within two weeks of receiving it. Thank you for your understanding.
Items ineligible for change-of-mind returns:

- Products with sealed packaging (if the package has been opened)
