How do I return my item?

We understand that returning an item can be disappointing, so we've simplified the process into 4 easy steps. Please contact us for a return within 14 days of receiving the products.

  1. Book a return - Contact us at with a written description of the issue, including photos and your order number. One of our friendly team members will get back to you within 2 business days.

  2. Pack your item - Prepare the item in its original packaging or use similar packaging to ensure no damage occurs during the return.

  3. Send your item - We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to attach to the return package, and the courier will come to pick it up. If you live in an apartment, you can drop off the parcel at Australia Post. Having trouble with printing the label? Show it to the Australia Post staff, and they may help you.

  4. Receive Refund or Replacement - Once we have received and inspected the items, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method or send a replacement product, according to your preference.

Refund for Change of Mind Will I get a delivery fee refund? For change-of-mind returns, the delivery fee is non-refundable. Contact for assistance.

Items ineligible for change-of-mind returns:

  • Underwear
  • Products with sealed packaging (if the package has been opened)
  • Duvets
  • Items that have been washed or used.
